Having no prior experience with Reiki energy healing, I came in for a session with Kirsten and I can’t speak highly enough about my time with her. She started off our session by teaching me about where our energy is stored in our bodies and the importance of balancing my chakras, which was was so interesting to hear about. She walked me through what she will be doing and things I may feel and this was very comforting to know especially with this being my first energy healing session. I came out of the session feeling so much more connected with my body and I would recommend this service to everyone. Kirsten brings such a warm and comforting presence and I look forward to my future sessions with her, thank you Kirsten!

I have gotten a massage from Katelyn a few times now and it is always a wonderful experience. I told her I was new to getting massages and she beautifully coached me through all of the awkward “ I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do” , “I don’t know if I want a bolster under my knees…” stuff. In my first session she worked out an area on my shoulder that had been bothering me for months, and explained some of the postures I have that contributed to it. I rebooked for a month out, and had a serious countdown going in anticipation of my next visit. The next session I went in with a crazy “ My ear hurts when I chew after going on roller coasters 2 weeks ago.” She smiled, nodded, and did a bunch of detailed work on my neck and jaw… problem solved. I used to see massage as a luxury and had a weird pride/martyr thing around it not being for me. I WAS WRONG! While it is a luxurious experience, it has also been a huge practice of self awareness that has helped me get out of my head and into my body. I pay more attention to how I’m standing, sitting, moving and invite myself to relax the muscles Katelyn has taught me about. If you are on the fence, go for it! And if you are new, ask for Katelyn. Her warm, grounded presence will put you at ease right away!

This is the best massage ever. I have migraines and extremely tight shoulder muscles. I’m super tight and sensitive but Denise is so expert! I’m so appreciative. I tried the massage chains and I felt beat up. Now I just feel better.

I had the wonderful experience of going to the Introduction to the Enneagram class earlier today. Jeanne was great in walking us through the different types and explaining the differences. The moment I got to know about Maestro Goslin’s concert, I was all set to attend it and treat myself with a magical experience. I grew up listening to his radio and television appearances and seeing him in person was a lifetime opportunity. His fingers play piano in such a magical way. Looking forward to listen to him again.
