Has helped my son and his friend with preparing for the SAT and also has been my daughter's new music teacher! Ms. Emily Carmen is an absolutely astoundingly professional teacher. She has helped my son with his studies and the anxiety he once had is now gone! My daughter also is always counting the days until her next music lessons because she is so happy and learning so much so quickly with Ms. Carmen. My teen is already so much more ahead of his friends in preparation for his SAT exam! They went from being very negative about taking time to study and understanding the material to actually making time to study and encouraging friends to also partake in study sessions. Emily is a great teacher (and yes moms/dads you're hiring a REAL teacher! And she is truly dedicated to bringing your kid the best education!) You're hiring a professional educator that happily puts your child's studies as their number one priority. She has great teaching methods that have helped my teen overcome so much of the struggle SAT prep was in the past. If only I'd found Emily sooner! (These reviews aren't kidding she is im VERY high demadn!) Emily really takes the time to get to know her students and how to best help them reach their academic potential. I am so grateful for having been referred to Emily from my child's friend. She is so genuine and will make the long stressful SAT season fly by and become a fun time of day for your kids! My kid now smiles when they study and work on fun video preparation (Emily provides great "homework" study material so your kid can continue to prepare in between their sessions--the best part? My family has been working with Miss Carmen for the past 4 years (for both of my children.) They have gone from unmotivated and anti-homework to A+ enthusiastic students both in class and socially! Absolutely exquisite tutoring! Miss Carmen is fantastic and has helped our teen with their studies over the years for Regents exams, PSAT and SAT. Miss Carmen also was of great help when our child was diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia and provided excellent recommendations/resources to professional therapists and programs. Her teaching methods have done wonders and have turned our once insecure isolated child into a studious and outgoing student. I highly and strongly recommend Em C Education to all parents that are looking for a dedicated sincere professional educator that will make sure your child is getting the best education possible.

Oregon Music Academy is a fantastic place for your children, or even you, the parents, to learn music. Both of my children have been enrolled in lessons there for over two years. The teachers are great and do a wonderful job of working with children at their individual levels. (I have one child who is very enthusiastic and easy to engage and another child who is more shy and takes a while to warm up. Their instructors managed to capitalize on their strengths, and I have watched my shy one blossom under their care!) I have also taken voice lessons there and was thrilled with how quickly my singing improved. The other thing that I love about OMA is how it promotes a sense of community. I have made several great friends there. The owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met and they have come to feel like family. I highly recommend OMA!

The moment I got to know about Maestro Goslin’s concert, I was all set to attend it and treat myself with a magical experience. I grew up listening to his radio and television appearances and seeing him in person was a lifetime opportunity. His fingers play piano in such a magical way. Looking forward to listen to him again.
