• Monthly grant rates: • Monthly grant rate for researchers: 1.250 EUR • Monthly grant rate for students and graduates: 1.150 EUR • Assistance in arranging accommodation and health insurance • The OeAD student housing will endeavour to provide accommodation (student hall of residence or flat) for recipients of grants who wish to get accommodation arranged by the OeAD. Monthly costs: 250 to 600 EUR (depending on how much comfort the recipients of grants want). An administration fee of 18 EUR per month is payable to the OeAD student housing for arranging accommodation. • The costs for accommodation have to be paid out of the grant by the recipient of the grant. • The cost for health care during the temporary stays in any of the EU countries are covered by the respective national underwriters. In Austria the recipients of the grant should bring their European Health Insurance Card along. • Waiver of tuition fees. Tuition fees for the home university may be waived upon request to the Rectorate of that university for the semesters in which studies or research can be shown to have been completed elsewhere, i.e. as part of transnational EU, state or university mobility programs.
