SPANISH FOR FUN! Cary

Very good school and teachers.

I cannot rave enough about how amazing Spanish for Fun Cary is. We have two kids there, a 4 year old who started the day he turned 3, and a 2 year old who started when she was 9 months. We moved from the Midwest and as expected, it was a tough transition for our oldest. The staff and teachers at SFF were so patient, they gave us daily updates, reassured us that he would adjust. They strategized to get him with kids who were more outgoing and slowly he started coming around. Soon, he loved his new school! It’s now been over a year, and our kids feel so loved and cared for, and as parents I know they are getting both academic training and socio-emotional learning. The staff is communicative and truly genuinely care for every child. The safety standards have been TOP NOTCH - I so appreciate the many many precautions they take and that they’re strict about masks, hand washing, napping 6 feet apart, etc. A few special mentions - Ms Natalia, the assistant director, is exceptional. I feel so at ease when she has called me about an accident (my toddler is so accident prone!) and when she’s in charge. Our kids absolutely love her, she is kind, patient, firm and so caring. Ms Lady, the preschool teacher, is outstanding!! She has so much energy, treats every child like her own, really takes the time to explain things, holds kiddos accountable but with so much love. Ms Cristina and Ms Nelly, preschool, have unbelievable patience and show so much empathy for the transition. Ms Tania, in the toddlers room, has been asked by our daughter all the time - she always wants to be with her! She really nurtures her and challenges her - our daughter is doing incredibly well! Truly all the teachers are amazing, we feel so lucky to have found such an incredible place just moving here. Overall, I cannot say enough good things, attentive, caring, really focused on helping kids manage their feelings and be kind, responsible citizens! GRACIAS SFF staff and teachers for all you do!!! One final note, I did not mention anything about Spanish immersion BC we speak Spanish at home. That said, I’m so impressed with our friends kids and how well they speak it!!

Our son loves it here! Everyone is so friendly and knows him by name but we especially love Ms. Elsa and Ms. Natalia!

My son (22 mo) started going to SFF! Cary in March, and in the months since, has grown socially as well as fully comprehending Spanish! His teacher, Ms. Tania goes above and beyond every day with different engaging activities, updating the parents with notes on what they are doing daily. My son can already recognize colors in Spanish and repeat multiple Spanish words back to me. Most of all, the SFF Cary experience has proven just how much these teachers care. Each day, we are greeted with smiles and a feeling of warmth and care. The teachers / directors at SFF Cary are always quick to respond to messages or emails, which is comforting as a parent! I am so happy my son is thriving at SFF! Cary and can't wait to see how he progresses!

Our son has been going here since he was 4 months old. He is now 2 and is so excited to see his teachers and friends every morning. Neither my husband nor I speak much Spanish, but he already seems to speak a lot and he has actually expanded our Spanish vocabulary. All of the teachers and staff care deeply about all of the kids and it shows through how happy our son is to go in each day. Big shoutouts to Ms. Natalia, Ms. Ingrid, Ms. Erika, Ms. Gabby, Ms. Elsa, Ms. Tania, Ms. Patti, Ms. Emerita, Ms. Doris and Ms. Brenda. They have all been an integral part of guiding us through the journey of being a working parent and for that we are thankful! Highly recommend!

The moment I got to know about Maestro Goslin’s concert, I was all set to attend it and treat myself with a magical experience. I grew up listening to his radio and television appearances and seeing him in person was a lifetime opportunity. His fingers play piano in such a magical way. Looking forward to listen to him again.
