As a former student, I would recommend attending this school 100%. While attending this school I found most to all teachers helpful with any problem that was brought to them. While attending Galena I had some great memories that would never be forgotten. I sadly didn't have the opportunity to graduate from this wonderful school due to a out of state move and I regret it every day.

We transfered to Galena last year, and I could not be happier with the education my daughter is receiving. Her teachers are knowledgeable, experienced, and caring. You can tell that the school has a great curlture just by how you are greeted at the office--always with a smile and willingness to help. My daughter has high aspirations for college scholarships, and I know Galena will help her achieve these aspirations.

I am a freshman here, but i believe that i have already have the experience of a senior. the staff is amazing and you almost always get along with others, however some of the students here like to bully you which is a problem. But that is nothing compared to the school as a whole. the lay out isnt complicated, as i never got lost. its like a complete circle really. the programs are wonderful as i am a drama student, and the amount of things you get to do is endless. its a school that is always kept clean and maintained. and people you socalize with is really fun, because you see many kinds of people and their styles of attire, and prefernce of music or beliefs. i am a ounk rocker, and i found so many other follow punks to converse with and share my interests with. people are nice, other than the few bullies, which are two to the max. I love this school as is is IS a real high school

They have a great staff overall. Mr. Stuart, a counselor, is a great person to go to when in doubt. They have a great variety of classes. Also, their teachers are extremely helpful and prepare their students for college. The students have great study skills and obtain an incredible mindset for AP, P/SAT, and ACT tests.

Young Voices of Colorado has been an amazing experience for my daughter. Not only is she learning vocal control and music theory, it is a wonderful environment with supportive and knowledgeable directors that have helped her to blossom into an amazing young woman. Her self esteem has risen, and she is now comfortable doing presentations in school, something she never would have done before she joined Young Voices. She says she wishes she could come every day!
