I participated as a guest Speaker at the Academy for Environmental Leadership for Career Day. I was greeted by the Principal, Ms. ChantAndrea Blissett, who was extremely professional and actually sat in personally while I interacted within the class settings. In addition, she had a student greeting Committee and these young people were some of the most impressive young people I've encountered. Overall, I was very impressed with the developments that have taken place from years ago when I worked in the area of Bushwick. Keep up the incredible work!

Excellent and loving environment! The moment you walk into the building from the director of the school, managers, stuff at the front desk to the teachers - everyone makes you feel like you are a family. They are very communicative and helpful! My daughter has been attending this school for 3 yrs. She loves her school and all her teachers! She always has something exciting to tell me about the activities she did throughout the day when I pick her up. I am very grateful i picked this school for my daughter and i highly recommend this school!

I love this place! My two kiddos (3 and 2)had never been to daycare last March when they started, so I was so nervous to leave them anywhere. This place made them feel so welcome and loved. They enjoy going to school every day and sometime I think they love their teachers more than me, lol! My 3 year was a shy, quiet toddler just a couple of months ago, now he has advanced his speech incredibly, has come out of his shell and has become an outgoing, fun loving kid. This school is one of the best thing that has happened to both of them!

Blackbird Music is a wonderful music school. They have great teachers and the communication and scheduling are very good. My nephew loves to go to his trumphet class.
