I love HAFHA. My some loves all of his teachers and all of the activities he is a part of during the day. They have water play, singing time, playtime etc. each day when I pick him up he tells me about the song he sang. Communication between me and the teachers and the office is also excellent! I wouldn’t send my child anywhere else. I am at peace when he is there.

My son attended HAFHA from ages 3-6 and we would have stayed beyond that if we could! The staff is amazing, very easy to communicate with and all classes have certified teachers. There is a nurse and a playground on site. During camp, there is also a vegetable garden that the kids tend to. We would highly recommend HAFHA!

I can’t express how pleased I am that my daughter has started school at Home Away From Home Academy. After looking at several schools, we knew this was the right choice for our family, and it was confirmed already even after only two weeks of school. The first day was like taking a walk through Disneyland! There were fun characters to help make my daughter feel happy and excited, uplifting music playing, and I even got treated to fresh muffins and coffee! It really helped ease my mind seeing that alone, because if that much thought and care was put into a nice welcome, I can only imagine what the year brings! I was overly impressed with the parent orientation evening that was hosted to inform parents on school happenings, and what to expect. We were able to sit in the classrooms afterward a main presentation, and hear from the teachers. It was professional, informative, and personalized… so happy with my family’s choice for pre-school!

I have been an educator at a nationally recognized Blue Ribbon Award winning school for over 5 years. The National Blue Ribbon Schools Program recognizes public and private elementary, middle, and high schools based on their overall academic excellence. After interviewing over 11 different early childhood education programs in our area, our family was certain that Home Away from Home Academy would be the best fit for our child (my nephew). Home Away from Home seems to encourage each child to strive for academic, social, creative and athletic excellence through the interaction of a caring community. The entire staff fosters a unique environment to ensure each child can grow in self-esteem, in social and moral responsibility and in those values needed to be prepared for their first day of kindergarten. We are extremely fortunate to find a "home," where we feel our child is loved and cared for.

What an amazing school! The staff is super friendly and truly cares about each and every child. The curriculum provided for each grade level is advanced compared to many other private and even public schools. Once my kids completed their schooling at HAFHA, they were beyond prepared academically and socially for their new environments. If only they had a third grade, I would have kept my children there to continue. There is no doubt that Home Away From Home Academy was the best fit for our children and our family!
